Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
Provide administrative support to staff members.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Manage filing systems and data entry.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Assist with general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, etc.
