We are growing rapidly and are looking for energetic individuals to join our Returns Team.
We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, hardworking and professional who can pay careful attention to details, follow instructions precisely and double-check work before completing their tasks.
Working at our warehouse in Inwood, the Service Technician conducts quality inspections of returned merchandise, determining the physical quality and the usability of the returned product(s).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Process returned merchandise.
Do physical checking and servicing of watches and audio/video electronics.
Do physical checking and servicing of computers.
Using a computer will update systems with appropriate data.
Understand return to stock physical and cosmetic requirements.
Follow SOP on determining what constitutes 'new' and acceptable.
Complete all computerized documentation efficiently and diligently.
Adhere to standards that meet customer and company quality requirements.
Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
Work independently, efficiently, and professionally always.

Provide basic support to Operations and Customer Experiences teams.
Have punctual, consistent and regular attendance.
Your skills, experience and ability should include:
1 year experience preferred.
High school diploma/GED preferred.
Technical degree or certification in electronic or computer repairs is a plus.
Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
Proficient in analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
Previous warehouse experience is required.
Knowledge of operating an electric jack and pallet jack is a plus.
Must be able to operate computers and mobile tablet.
Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day.
Ability to lift and carry cartons weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work overtime and Sundays as required.
Manual dexterity of hands to properly prepare items for put away, transfer or reshipment to customers.
Ability to plan and organize work activity to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision.
